  1. I picked it up over the weekend, saw that, knew it had to be you and squealed in happiness when I found I was right. Congrats! It's great, and I'll probably be making that for my little sister. :)

  2. I haven't seen the mag in person yet, but saw the patterns on the website and I knew it was yours also (they don't list the designers on the site)-I was able to pick out a couple other designers too-I think I spend too much time on this crochet stuff!

    Congrats!

  10. Think pink bow is just the right touch, 'cause even a skull likes to be girly!

  13. It's perfect! I have to go pick up an issue. Your work is truly inspirational to me and I've picked up crocheting in a big way. Thank you for creating things that are different and make me want to reach beyond my comfort zone, craft-wise (I don't have a comfort zone when it comes to wearing things that stand out, anything goes).

Congratulations on your published pattern, beautiful work.

  20. Wow, congrats! I've been waiting for that mag to come out - now I really have to buy it. You didn't, by chance, make the sizes to fit a 12-month old? My daughter would love that for her daughter.

  22. okay, so i now hate walmart. apparently they are no longer carrying crochet mags. anyone know if this is company-wide, or just in oklahoma? although, it was my first time to go to the store without the baby... it was kinda nice, even if they didn't have what i wanted! i'll go to barnes and noble tomorrow and get the mag - i'm on a quest now!

  24. Awesome! I will be bragging to the ladies at the yarn shop that I know the chick that designed this fab pattern.

I will not mention, however, my opinions on the gum-snapping teeniebopper masquerading in your creation.

    Congrats LL!

  28. Congrats -- it looks great both on your blog and in the magazine. I think it's a fabulous design and will appeal to a wide audience! I am a pretty new crocheter, but I think I could tackle it!

Hope to see more of your work in crochet magazines in the future.
