This week's doll star is...Helga On Wheels!
Base Artist: Laurel
Artist Background: Amazing sculptor and educator. Need the Venus of Willendorf done up in Playboy Bunny ears and tail? Laurel's your gal! Laurel also shares my penchant for anything Johnny Depp. I'm just saying.
Base Round: Laurel (like Jonna, base creator of Deep Shockra) is a skilled craftsperson. So, it was completely painless for her to churn out this little wooden torso for our base round.
Round One: Stevie
Evolutionary Change: Legs! As is Stevie's way, these bipedal tools of the trade are fashioned from acrylic paint straight out of the tube, over a wire armature and allowed to dry flat. Amazing!
Round Two: Bea
Evolutionary Change: Arms! Yes folks, I too detect a theme...Arms are fully detachable, created from beads strung on wire.
Round Three: Corina
Evolutionary Change: A very scary and very revealing skirt.
Round Four: Jonna
Evolutionary Change: Turns out, she's an airhead. LOL Jonna created this propeller from bits of wood and hide (lots of animal by-products in this one's studio).
Round Five: Stephanie
Evolutionary Change: Did you know that macrame = netted top for the nearly naked aficionado? Made from knotted jute.
Round Six: LadyLinoleum
Evolutionary Change: Hip, hip, filet! A crocheted and embroidered apron for this netty, knotty, Dutch girl...
Round Seven: Young
Evolutionary Change: Apparently this dolly was too Plain Jane for Young's taste. Um, not anymore! Just in case you were wondering, yes, this gal comes with her very own radio control.

Round Eight: Lena Linoleum
Evolutionary Change: What else could a Dutch girl on wheels possibly desire? A pet of course! My Sculpey-addicted child fashioned a sweet little pig for this monster-truck loving Euro gal...
Round Nine: Bee
Evolutionary Change: Doohickies. Nuf said.
AND
Round Ten: Stacy
Evolutionary Change: Tea time!
Round Eleven: Janet Girard
Evolutionary Change: Sidecar...perfect for piggies.
Round Twelve: Dyane
Evolutionary Change: On the road again. I just can't wait to get on the road again. Sing it with me peeps!

Very cool!!!
love it, the netting skirt with truck underneath is fab but love the fan head.
I never realized that was what an airhead looked like.
:)
"The Evolution of a Doll" should be a website all by itself! An incredible creation by the goils! I am most impressed!!!
