My very first PUBLISHED sweater design is gracing the pages of Crochet Today magazine! And guess what? You can pick up the issue at your local newsstand today!
I picked it up over the weekend, saw that, knew it had to be you and squealed in happiness when I found I was right. Congrats! It's great, and I'll probably be making that for my little sister. :)
I haven't seen the mag in person yet, but saw the patterns on the website and I knew it was yours also (they don't list the designers on the site)-I was able to pick out a couple other designers too-I think I spend too much time on this crochet stuff!
It's perfect! I have to go pick up an issue. Your work is truly inspirational to me and I've picked up crocheting in a big way. Thank you for creating things that are different and make me want to reach beyond my comfort zone, craft-wise (I don't have a comfort zone when it comes to wearing things that stand out, anything goes).
Congratulations on your published pattern, beautiful work.
HOLY SH*T!!! That looks FABULOUS!! Of course, having seen the design as it was fabricated, I feel I must have had some positive influence. :) I have GOT to go find that mag!!!
Wow, congrats! I've been waiting for that mag to come out - now I really have to buy it. You didn't, by chance, make the sizes to fit a 12-month old? My daughter would love that for her daughter.
okay, so i now hate walmart. apparently they are no longer carrying crochet mags. anyone know if this is company-wide, or just in oklahoma? although, it was my first time to go to the store without the baby... it was kinda nice, even if they didn't have what i wanted! i'll go to barnes and noble tomorrow and get the mag - i'm on a quest now!
Congrats -- it looks great both on your blog and in the magazine. I think it's a fabulous design and will appeal to a wide audience! I am a pretty new crocheter, but I think I could tackle it!
Hope to see more of your work in crochet magazines in the future.
I got the magazine :-D There were a lot of really good patterns in this one!! Congrads on getting yours in; I may make it for my husband's god-daughter :-)

Very exciting. Congratulations! And a great design.
Congrats! Gotta go pick up my issue pronto.
Congratulations! It's too cute and too cool. I'm going to have to adopt a random tween so I can make one...
Yeah! My son will want a boy version, I'll have to try to adapt it a little. Congratulations!
Think pink bow is just the right touch, 'cause even a skull likes to be girly!
I just bought a copy today, I love the design ! Congrats !

I hope I can find it.
:)

Shut UP, that is too awesome! Congrats, LL!
Awesome! I will be bragging to the ladies at the yarn shop that I know the chick that designed this fab pattern.
I will not mention, however, my opinions on the gum-snapping teeniebopper masquerading in your creation.
Congrats LL!
oooh i am late to the party! lovely pattern and congrats to you miss LL!
I hope I can find the magazine up here in Nova Scotia. :) Might have to make one for myself if I can figure out intermediate-level crochetting! :)
Awesome Regina!!!!!
