Strickbombe, hard to say. However, I started to feel the effects while doing extended side angle. Literally, looking up at the ceiling sent my head spinning. I think it tossed my ear back into shape though.
Fru. Ekelund, a hybrid would be the best way to describe this particular class. However, I also practice anusara.
