FANtastic Kings Hat

On Monday, fellow cube farmer, Sunny, asked me if I'd be willing to crochet her a FANtastic hat that she could don at this Saturday's Kings game. She wanted to sport something that resembled our Los Angeles Kings' logo. Loving a challenge, I of course accepted.

Here's the logo (in case you're not familiar with it):



And here's my interpretation using some stash acrylic and wire:





Um, yeah. Sunny will definitely be sporting a conversation piece...

Not too bad for an evening's work eh?

can someone whom it will be useful. As you work sharp edges hats? Crocheted all of you separately and then stuck?

Loverly work. Love the hat and everything else. this is my first visit. I've kind of hung up my crochet hooks for a while, I'm on a hand embroidery binge but love your work.

Hello, L.L.! Just wanted to let you know I purchases 'Kooky Crochet' today specifically so I could make your awesome placemats for my parents for xmas!!
