Betcha didn't know that I could design garb for the furry beings of the planet too, eh?
Well, I can! Although I had to use my cat as a model (as I lack canine energy at my pad) and well, Poo Poo Kitty is NOT the most cooperative of subjects, let me tell you. Anyway, the pattern is available for public consumption in the September/October issue of Crochet Today magazine.
Also, some of my pork strippage can be viewed in the curio section of latest issue of Craft magazine.
Very exciting!
Finally, I just sold this...
Kinda sorry to see it go, but very excited to see it enrich someone else's piratical existence.

I love the pirate shawl! Your work really is so refreshing. Congrats on all your success.
I'm not usually a fan of doggie sweaters, but I love this one !
Congrats on your sales too !
YOU SOLD IT?!!!! The actual shawl, not the pattern?!!! I didn't even know it was for sale!!! I would have TOTALLY put in a bid for that.
:( Now I'm bummed. Make me one to make me feel better? No? Well, it was worth a try...
Denise, everything is for sale for the right amount of duckets...I'm cheap that way.
Love, love, love that pirate shawl.
ALso, bad to the bone, hillarious!
That would make even George Thorogood proud.
:)
i love the dog sweater!!! any chance you included great dane sized directions in the crochet today pattern?
well, hell's bells. Now that I know, I'll have to remember to make an offer next time something strikes at my very soul. Which probably won't take terribly long.
I lurk here often but rarely ever comment, but I have to say:
1. If I could crochet, I would so make the bad ass pup pup sweater. It totally rocks!
2. I love the pirate shawl.
3. And Bacon! I love me some bacon!
:)
All I can say is "Cha-Ching!"
Doing what you love and making money at the same time is the best of all worlds.
Rock on girl!
I loved that pirate shawl too. If you ever publish the pattern, please let me know!! :) And that doggie sweater is awesome!
I'd offer to test patterns for you, but my crochetting skills are beginner... if you need someone like that, let me know.
